  • The amount paid through online payment method will be deducted from debit / credit card.
  • Online payment transaction may take up to 36 Hours to reflect in Tolly App.
  • Tolly will not be responsible if online transaction fails due to network /internet issue.
  • By using Tolly Website you agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and Password.
Communications
  • By using online payment mode, you agree to be bound to use electronic medium for communication.
  • You may receive email and/or SMS for the transactions on our website.

  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking information is not stored on our website or servers.
  • Only online transaction records are stored for accounting reference purposes.
  • Tolly does not share members’ personal information with any third-party domain.
  • It is important to protect yourself against unauthorized access to your password and computer during transactions.
  • Please sign off after using a shared computer for online transactions.
  • Alcoholic drinks are served and billed only to individuals aged 18 and above.
  • No delivery of alcoholic drinks to members; consumption is restricted to restaurant-bar premises only.
  • Payments related to gambling and betting are strictly prohibited through our payment gateway.
  • Membership charges cannot be paid via the payment gateway; it is only for service billing.
Refund Policy
  • Payment made via online payment towards monthly bill settlement will not be rolled back online.
  • Any discrepancy should be reported to Accounts department during business working hours.
  • While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website/ App, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:
    1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
    2. Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank/s”, or
    3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
    4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
Cancellation Policy

Members use the website or app to make payments exclusively for their monthly bills. Once a monthly bill is paid, the payment cannot be cancelled. However, if a payment is made by mistake, members may write to [email protected] or visit the club office for assistance.

Pricing Policy

The Club does not sell any products online to anyone, including members. Charges related to restaurants, bars, rooms, banquets, subscriptions and other services are posted to the member’s account under the Club’s credit facility. Pricing is not applicable.
