Booking Rules
Terms & Conditions
- 100% Payment of the Venue charge has to be paid in advance by the Member at the time of booking
- Members are requested to deposit the estimated cost of the event for Food & Beverages and other miscellaneous charges 7 days prior to the event against Club’s Proforma Invoice. Payment will be made only by Cheque/electronic mode
- The final adjustments will be made after the event, against the final bill
- If a Member wishes to use any of the empanelled caterers of the Club, cover charges of ₹100 per plate + service tax (as applicable) will be levied
- The Members will be charged a minimum amount, based on the number of guests guaranteed. If the number of guests increase, charges will be levied as applicable.
- Cancellation charges for Venues are as follows:
- 100% refund if cancelled above 30 days from the date of the function
- 75% refund if cancelled within 21-29 days
- 50% refund if cancelled within 15-20 days
- 25% refund if cancelled within 2-14 days
- No refund if cancelled within less than 2 days
- Cancellation within less than 48 hours on Food orders will attract 100% charges
- If due to unforeseen circumstances, the Club cancels the booking, members will be given an advance notice to the extent possible and 100% refund will be given or an alternative venue will be offered, subject to availability
- Bar services will shut at 10:30 pm as per the Club Rules
- Except for the AC Auditorium; no music for private events is permitted
- The Club does not permit any religious services/rituals in its premises
- All private parties and functions in the Club must close by 11 pm
